Cooking Directions: Add your desired quantity of Absolute Organic Split Red Lentils to a saucepan with at least double the amount of water. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer gently for 20- 25 minutes, or until the beans have become soft. Add garlic, onions and spices to taste.
