Order & Delivery info. for Certified Organic Fruit, Certified Organic Vegetables & Certified Organic Groceries

ALL CERTIFIED ORGANIC FRUIT & VEG, INCLUDING GROCERIES ARE DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR THE SAME MORNING WE PICK UP FROM THE MARKET, WITHOUT STORAGE OR REPACKAGING.

Order & Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are available on Monday and Thursday. The order delivery windows are:

• To receive deliveries on Monday - Place orders between Thursday and before 7:30 pm Sunday.
• To receive deliveries on Thursday - Place orders between Monday and before 7:30 pm Wednesday. 

If your order is placed in one delivery window but would like delivery on the day associated with the other deliver window, please specify this in the comments area of your cart. For example, if you place your order at 4 pm Sunday, the default delivery would be for Monday. However, if delivery is required on Thursday, you can request this in the comments area of your cart.

Scheduling your delivery

To let you know when we will be delivering your order, we will contact you and arrange a convenient time for our driver to make the delivery. This notification is usually sent one hour after the order window closes by email or SMS, depending on which contact info. you provided.  

Direct from market to door delivery

Your certified organic fruit and veg orders are delivered from the organic market at Homebush to your door the same morning, typically within 1-4 hours. Our first delivery usually starts at 7am. Note, there is no storage or repackaging of the produce you order, it's straight from the organic market to you. 

Delivery Destination ( ship-to address)

Available in Sydney only.  If you live outside our nominated delivery area please contact us 

Normally bulk purchases will be delivered to one location, identified in the ship-to address. If there is more than one purchaser in the buying group It is the responsibility of the group members to distribute the Fruit and Veg among themselves.
